Unfortunately, there is not a ferry that runs between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
The most relevant PEI ferry would be the ferry that sails from Wood Islands, PEI to Caribou, Nova Scotia.
To get to PEI from New Brunswick you will need to cross the famous Confederation Bridge.
There is no cost to cross into Prince Edward Island, although there is a fee to return back to New Brunswick.
